Casual / Part-Time Hours

Black Gold Café in Richmond is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.

This role is Saturdays ongoing, with casual weekday shifts as needed now and then, and permanent Monday + Friday shifts available from May. There may also be additional hours for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone reliable, fast, passionate about coffee, and confident working in a busy specialty café environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar high-volume role

• Comfortable working with 80kg+ per week

• Strong specialty coffee knowledge

• Able to work well under pressure and multitask

• Can dial in with ease

• Confident splitting milk

• Strong quality control and problem-solving skills

• Latte art skills essential
