A busy bakery cafe in Melbourne CBD is looking for an experienced FOH/All Rounder.

- Strong customer service skills and confidence communicating in English

- Good knowledge of Melbourne’s cafe culture

- Previous experience working in Melbourne cafes

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- A natural ability to upsell and contribute to sales while enhancing the customer experience

- Tidy, organised and efficient work habits

- A strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
