Cafe Manager | Full Time | CBD

We’re looking for a strong, reliable Cafe Manager to lead one of our locations in Melbourne CBD 

This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who can confidently run day-to-day cafe operations while leading a team and maintaining high standards across service, food, coffee, and presentation.

What the role involves:

• Making coffee, serving food, taking payments

• Leading and supporting staff

• Overseeing stock, suppliers, and ordering

• Maintaining strong customer service and site presentation

• Driving smooth service, consistency, and overall site performance

What we’re looking for:

• Previous cafe or hospitality management experience

• Confident with coffee, food service, and front-of-house operations

• Organised, proactive, and reliable

• Strong people and communication skills

• Someone who takes ownership and can run a site well

Role details:

• Full time

• Monday to Friday

• Based in Melbourne CBD

• Immediate start preferred
