Experienced Barista

Brunetti Classico is a Melbourne institution inspired by the heart of Italian culture. For over 25 years, we’ve brought the spirit of Italy to life through exceptional coffee, artisan cakes and genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for an exceptional Barista to join our team at our flagship store in Carlton to help bring our Italian cafe to life, one delicious coffee at a time. If you're an early riser or a night owl with a passion for coffee and latte art, we want to hear from you! We offer our staff a fun and professional working environment, with many learning and development opportunities available if you are looking at furthering your career in hospitality.

The successful applicant must be fast and efficient in coffee making, yet not willing to compromise quality; expect the run-of-the-mill day to consist of 300+ coffees across an average of 10kg+ of beans a day, all to Brunetti Classico's superior standard! If you have a bubbly, strong and confident personality with great communication skills, then you will be the right candidate for the position; building a strong culture within the workplace is extremely important to us and our team! 

Working in a 7-days-a-week operation, the successful candidate must be flexible, willing to work early mornings, late nights, weekdays and weekends!
