Café All-Rounder / Barista

We’re Hiring – Experienced Café Staff!

Cafe Cirino, a cosy local café located in a beautiful seaside town, is looking for an experienced Café All-Rounder / Barista to join our team

Location

133 Nelson Pl, Williamstown VIC 3016

(Approx. 30 minutes by train from Southern Cross Station)

Work Type & Hours

Part-time / Full-time

4–8 hours per day (shift-based)

Position

Café All-Rounder / Barista

(Customer service, coffee & drink preparation, light kitchen assistance, etc.)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous café / barista experience

• Is confident working independently during busy service

• Has experience with coffee preparation

• Has good customer service and communication skills

• Has sufficient English for workplace communication

• Is reliable, responsible and works well as part of a team

• Can commit long-term (minimum 6 months preferred)

Experience with opening/closing, POS, stock management or kitchen work is a plus.
