All-Rounder Barista

El Parche Coffee Roasters is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable All-Rounder Barista to join our team in Coburg.

We’re a specialty coffee roastery and café passionate about great coffee, genuine hospitality, and creating a welcoming community. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a small team and is happy to jump in wherever needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

* Preparing specialty coffee and other beverages

* Providing warm and genuine customer service

* Food preparation and serving

* Keeping the café clean, organised and well presented

* Packing retail coffee

* Supporting the day-to-day operations of the café

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

* Has barista experience in a café

* Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people

* Is reliable, proactive and takes pride in their work

* Can commit to three shifts per week, with at least one shift on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

* Enjoys being part of a small, supportive team
