Barista / Allrounder Required - Supervisor & Manager also required

The Award-winning Little Sparrow is now taking applications for its establishments at Melbourne Emporium & Melbourne Central Shopping Centres.

We are in search of Baristas / Allrounders , Supervisor & Manager that have the ability to provide high end customer service.

The Role:

Barista / All Rounder,

Your duties will include

Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks

Serving customers and using the POS system

Engaging with your team and customers alike

Manager :

Must have previous experience managing fast pace enviorment ( 2 years )

Skills & Experience:

People's person with a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure

Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers

Latte Art required

Previous experience in café or restaurant (2 Years)

Manager - Position also available

What's on Offer:

We have numerous vacancies ranging from Full Time, Part Time & Casual . We operate between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.
