BARISTAS / ALL ROUNDERS - MELBOURNE EMPORIUM!!!

The Award-winning Little Sparrow is now taking applications for its establishment at Melbourne Emporium Shopping Centre

We are in search of new team of Baristas / Allrounders & Supervisors that have the ability to provide high end customer service.

The Role:

Barista / All Rounder,

Your duties will include

• Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks

• Serving customers and using the POS system

• Engaging with your team and customers alike

• Latte Art preffered but not essential

Skills & Experience:

• People's person with a positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers

• Latte Art preferred but not essential 

• Previous experience in café or restaurant (2 Years)

What's on Offer:

We have numerous vacancies ranging from Full Time, Part Time & Casual . We operate between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.
