Busy cafe Meet Forest is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for skilled and passionate baristas to join our team. 

We’re seeking people who truly appreciate great coffee, value smooth workflow, and pay attention to the finer details — especially those who thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

What we’re looking for:

* At least 1 year of barista experience (including a minimum of 6 months in Australia)

* Confidence in dialling in, delivering consistent service, and maintaining a clean, organised bar

* Strong communication skills — clear and professional English is essential

* A genuine customer-focused attitude, ability to stay calm under pressure, and a team-player mindset

* Dependable, proactive, and take pride in your work
