Supervisor / Barista Wanted – Middletown Cafe (Prahran)

Middletown Cafe in Prahran is looking for an experienced supervisor who is confident in both coffee making and floor management.

Position: Casual

Pay Rate:

•Weekdays: $33.50/hr

•Weekends: $39.50/hr

(Approx lv 3 pay rate)

Hours:

•24–38 hours per week

•Must be available for full-time hours for 2 weeks in mid-April (while I’m away )

Shifts:

•Current: 8:30/9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

•From late April: extending to 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

•Actual working hours may range between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Free staff meals and drinks provided

Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role

•Strong work ethic and positive attitude

•Able to manage both coffee service and floor operations confidently
