CAFE MANAGER WANTED

Mister Hoffman Cafe in Niddrie is on the hunt for a full time manager to join and lead a fun and vibrant team.

You'd be running the cafe day to day: training and looking after the team, ordering stock, making coffee and chatting with our customers. We want someone who's friendly, can keep a busy cafe running smoothly, and enjoys getting to know the regulars.

Who we're looking for

Someone who loves the buzz of a busy cafe and knows how to keep a team happy and on track. You'll be the one setting the tone on the floor, so a warm, bubbly personality is a must. You're the kind of person who remembers a regular's order, makes new customers feel welcome, and stays calm when the morning rush hits. You like helping people learn and grow, and you're not afraid to jump in behind the machine or clear a table when we need a hand.

What you'll need:

- At least 1 year of barista experience, so you can make a great coffee and show others how

- At least 2 years in a manager or supervisor role, including training and guiding a team

- A warm, bubbly personality and a genuine love of chatting with customers

- Fluent English, so you can build real relationships with our customers and team

- Someone organised who can handle stock ordering and keep things running smoothly day to day

- Availability on weekends and public holidays

- Right to work in Australia
