We’re opening Mr Baller Sandwich Deli and we’re building a strong team from day one.

We’re looking for:

• Experienced Baristas (coffee focused)

• Sandwich Deli Hands (food prep & service)

You don’t need to do both — just be great at what you do.

Baristas:

• Dial in and serve consistently great coffee

• Work clean, fast and with attention to detail

• Bring good energy to every customer interaction

Deli Hands:

• Build sandwiches & focaccias with care and consistency

• Prep ingredients and keep things moving during service

• Maintain a clean, organised workspace

What we’re looking for:

• Positive, friendly personality

• Fast, efficient and reliable

• Takes pride in quality and presentation

• Works well in a team environment
