New York Barbers Berwick is seeking a reliable, friendly Barista & Front of House to join our team.

We’re a family-owned men’s barbershop with an in-house café, known for our welcoming atmosphere, quality service, and strong team culture. Many of our staff have been with us for 8–10+ years, and we’re looking for someone who would like to be part of a workplace they can settle into long-term.

This is not a seasonal or short-term role — we’re looking for the right person who values consistency, teamwork, and pride in their work.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position combining barista duties with front-of-house responsibilities.

You’ll play an important role in creating a great first impression for our clients — from making quality coffee to warmly welcoming customers into our space.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving coffee, milkshakes, and smoothies
• Greeting clients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
• Checking customers in and out for barbering services
• Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
• Monitoring stock levels and keeping supplies organised
• Maintaining a clean and tidy café and front desk area

✔ Customer service experience (barista experience is a bonus, but not essential)

✔ Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
