Oak Leaf Education is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Casual Barista Trainer to join our growing team in Richmond, Melbourne.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Barista Trainer, you will:

* Deliver engaging hands-on barista training to domestic and international students.

* Teach coffee fundamentals, espresso preparation, milk texturing, and basic latte art.

* Demonstrate safe use, cleaning, and maintenance of commercial coffee equipment.

* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

* Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a commercial café.

Previous experience training, mentoring, or coaching others (preferred).

Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and café workflow.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping students succeed.
