HIRING – CAFE MANAGER 

Prologue Café in Melbourne CBD is looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join our team.

We’re an Asian inspired brunch café focused on quality food, coffee and friendly service.

We’re looking for someone who is confident leading a team, hands on with daily operations, and coffee and barista experience.

About the role:

• Full time position

• Lead and support the FOH team

• Manage daily café operations and service standards

• Staff training and rostering

• Maintain coffee quality and barista standards

• Work closely with the owner and kitchen team

We’re looking for:

• Previous café management/supervisor experience

• Strong barista and coffee knowledge

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Reliable, organised and professional attitude

• Someone who genuinely cares about customers and the team
