The Role

We are looking for an All-round Bar / Coffee professional to join our Italian hospitality family across our venues.

This role is ideal for someone confident behind the coffee machine, comfortable working across the bar and floor, and who enjoys a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will be responsible for delivering consistent coffee quality, friendly customer service and supporting daily service operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing espresso coffee and milk-based drinks to a high standard

• Basic latte art and consistency during busy periods

• Bar service including beverages and light service duties

• Customer interaction with a warm and professional approach

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of coffee and bar areas

• Supporting the team across service when required

• Previous experience as a barista in a busy venue

• Confidence working independently during peak hours

• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail

• Availability for mornings, weekends and flexible shifts
