Opening to the public in early 2022, Saazaa is a boutique roasting warehouse with a showroom-style café up front and an espresso bar at the back, right in the heart of Ringwood.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a passionate barista who loves great coffee and thrives on delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll need:

• A keen eye for detail.

• A positive, can-do attitude.

• The ability to keep things consistent and on point.

This role offers a genuine work–life balance in a supportive, creative environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 12 months in a specialty coffee venue — from programming machines and following recipes to pour over and cold brew.

• Mindset: A team player who’s reliable, hardworking, and loves engaging with customers.

• Availability: Saturdays and Sundays are essential.

• Passion: A desire to talk coffee, share our story, and keep developing your craft.
