Barista

Barista Wanted for The Merchants Guild Cafe, Bentleigh East

We’re looking for a skilled barista to join our team, with part-time to full-time hours on offer.

Requirements:

• 2+ years barista experience

• Strong latte art skills

• Solid understanding of dialing in espresso (grind size, dose, extraction time, adjusting for bean freshness)

• Comfortable working a busy bar during rush

• Must be available Wednesdays and Sundays

What you’ll do:

• Pull consistent, well-extracted shots and dial in new beans as needed

• Steam and pour milk with precision

• Maintain equipment and keep the bar clean and organized

• Deliver great customer service, including to our loyal regulars
