BARISTA WANTED – TWO BIRDS ONE STONE, SOUTH YARRA

We’re looking for an experienced barista to join the team at Two Birds One Stone Café in South Yarra.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2+ years’ barista experience

• Strong latte art skills

• Solid understanding of dialling in espresso – grind size, dose, extraction time and adjusting throughout the day

• Confident working a busy coffee bar during peak periods

• Reliable, friendly and able to work well within a team

• Weekend availability is essential

The role includes:

• Producing consistently well-extracted espresso

• Dialling in and adjusting coffee as required

• Steaming and pouring milk with precision

• Keeping the coffee station, equipment and work area clean and organised

• Providing friendly service to our customers and loyal regulars
