Barista / All Rounder

We’re a small but growing, community-focused cafe built around regulars, relationships and consistency. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys customer service, takes pride in their work, and could be interested in growing with us long term.

The role:

• Casual 20-30 hours per week

• Strong barista experience required

• Light food prep

• Occasional solo opens/closes

• Confidence working independently during busy periods

This position suits someone looking for consistent hours and stability rather than short-term or seasonal work.

Ideal for uni students, locals, or someone with reliable transport (approx. 16-minute walk from Yarraville station).
